Position Requirements
- Recent high school graduate or graduating this spring.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working on scaffolding up to 50 feet high.
- Ability to endure 8 hours of physically demanding work daily.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation (must be able to travel to job sites across Erie and Chautauqua Counties).
- Willingness to purchase your own hand tools as you learn the trade.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in masonry
